helios error

Today when I try to tan anyone on my helios program I am coming up with an error that is not letting me tan anyone. The error says that helios has detected a date problem.
Can anyone please help me?

no we were open yesterday which is weird, I thought that might be it! but it worked. When I go into my transaction file for yesterday the clients are all in sequence but when I click on a name in detail the date is completely off like dec 12/2006. Very strange and frustrating!

Actually, follow the second link above, it may have mentioned that.

Call Helios Tech Support ... 317-554-9911 ... they can help you resolve the issue.

I can not post here because of the security issue related to this issue.

You also need to think thru if someone may have future dated a transaction in an attempt to steal ... check your Menu Audit report looking for access to the Transaction file that you did not do.

where is my menu audit? I dont think I am a member of helios. We bought the salon from a previous owner who had already had the helios program setup. I dont pay any monthly fees to them or anything. How do I sign up to become a member and how long does it take to process because as of now I cant tan any clients through this system.

K i found the menu audit and all the entries are ones that I did so Im ok there. Its very strange that the transactions are dated to next year
