Hello Kevin or Dan,
Just bought the new inovative Mystic from Mystic Tan and also have the original unit at another location, On the original I like the fact that if I send a Level 1 2 or 3 Tmax Monitor Plus will show 11,12 or 13 just like I enter it and I can void it, if a) I made a Mistake or b) if The customer wanted a different Level. On the other Hand the new Mystic whether you send 11, 12 or 13 or 21,22 or 23 it all gives The monitor Plus a 40 and therfore it will not let you Void it, if customer changes their Mind TUFF LUCK, so My question to you is - Is there a way to Program it so it reads 11, 12, 13, 21,22 or 23 (Basically what you send can be what you see therefore allowing Helios to Void in case of a Mistake) it would make a lot more sense than the new way. I felt that this part of the Timing System has gone Backwards instead of going foward with Technology, Please give me your Thoughts, PS I also have a Dozen of the 3A/intercom systems yet at another salon and the face plates have all been mangled by customers because they think where the microphone was, was a hidden camera so they pushed in the microphone part and destroyed the speaker grill Part, do you guys sell just the face plates only and if so How Much I need a dozen and I have the timers that have the Raised buttons and not the flush type.Thanks in Advance.

The display responds the way Mystic Tan requested. This display does not effect the problem you are having. The reason you can not void the sale is that we report the seconds back to Helios in minutes. So a second later, Helios thinks a minute had passed. We had to do this because when we passed back the data as seconds, salon employees were voiding sales and pocketing the cash. So we changed this to report back in minutes at the request of Helios and Mystic Tan.

As far as the intercoms, you can get replacement decals for them.
