Yesterday I had a client pay for a single session and put him in the bed. The next person bought a package in our biggest bed. After showing her the room, I reset the timer to allow her full delay time. When I did it asked if I wanted to refund the surcharge....she hadn't paid a surcharge. I said 'yes' to get out of that screen. When I checked her sales screen there was no record of it but it showed as prepay. I then looked back at activity and it had refunded it also to the guy who had just bought a single visit. Same thing happened with the next person to tan who was an employee not paying surcharges. Any clue?? I was on hold at idi for 40 minutes and then got kicked back to their main phone menu and place back at the end of the line. I emailed support but no response.

Suntouch does really weird things sometimes. I don't know. I rang someone up for a month & the next day she came in & didn't have a package but it was on her sales history!!

Angela, the same thing happend to me yesterday!!

Pam I have had a couple of new employees ring stuff up and enter it as prepaids, could this be it ??

Nope..I can't figure out how it took it from one client to another..twice.

I still haven't heard back from Suntouch.....I pay a monthly fee for what???

Then will so,eone pls. tell me which one is the best to manage your beds/customers etc....I also would like to be able to export it to quickbooks pro(bundle)..Talked to helios yesterday and boy were they pricey!@!!!!!

I thought Helios had no upfront charge as long as you do their monthly support. I paid for SunTouch plus pay for monthly support....can't ever get them on the phone when you need them but.....
