When is helios going to do something to improve the finger print scanner, identification model. every time it gets cold outside nobody's finger print works getting very frustrated with this

Mine has always worked great and it was in the low 20's this morning.

The person has cold hands. You can't help that but mine are working good in the cold. Sounds cheesy but tell them too run their fingers and keep them clean with scotch tape.

Yes, Put a piece of tape on it then pull it off. Do this a couple of times it helps to keep it clean and is safe to do.
