We recently acquired an existing tanning salon. We would like the ability to link the salons so that our tanners will be able to tan at either location so long as they have an active package. This previous owner had a card system and we will be transferring all the info over. We currently use SunEase at our original location. SunEase hasn"t been the best program. There are glitches in it and so on so forth. And now Tim is gone and we have to struggle with customer service. Does anyone know if this program is linkable? And if it isn't what is a good program that is?

I dont know much about the Sunease software but i know sunlync is capable of linking multiple salons and has great customer support and works well. The only problem with it is it's expensive.

Agree with Ergo - Sunlync is very good, and they're right there in Buffalo I think.

Wait. Helios WAN is not exactly free. It does cost $299 per location to setup; that is to say, $299 for the hq site, and $299 per salon site. **THEN** it's $39 per month.

Good things about Helios WAN: Multi-salon sharing of client, and transaction database.
Not-so Good:Does not have a central office style management system, does not handle EFT well, and a few other annoyances.

Still not as expensive as say "SunLync", which can run into tens of thousands of dollars for three or morelocations.

Yes, we contacted SunLync. They are right here outside of Buffalo. Their prices were outrageous. And their program really didn"t thrill us all that much. We will continue our search.

To clarify posting by CentralVA

There is NO ADDITIONAL monthly fee to utilize the Helios WAN. The monthly fee to use Helios of $39.99 remains unchanged if you implement the Helios WAN.

There is a setup fee associated with adding a location to the Helios WAN (this also applies to the WAN Server as well as each location). The fee is $299. per location on Tuesday thru Thursday morning Central Time or $399. per location After Hours or on Weekends. Optionally (and recommended) you can have a Helios WAN Installer onsite to prepare and install the Helios WAN in your operation, call Helios Tech Support for details on this service.
