Is it possible to use it to pull a client's file using their finger print?

Not yet that I know. But you can use their last name or client number. Why would you want it to do that?

The UrU2000 model has a Verify function only.

Helios also now (new with V11) has a Identify model ... give Helios Sales a call to discuss upgrading if you wish.

The Identify model, can speed up the front counter process.
