U are U 2000 Finger Printer

hey guys i'm new to the forum but i'm NJ Glo's computer guy and I just upgraded him from Helios 9 to 11. Everything went smooth except for the Finger Printer that is not working. The instructions said to call Tech Support for help but unfortunately they are not available over the weekend. Currently we are getting an error message everytime we need to verify with the Finger Printer. It keeps saying that the user cancelled (if i remember correctly). I was wondering if anyone knows how to properly configure it or where to download the newest drivers if needed to make this work. I even went into the system settings and when i select the Helios FP it says misconfigured and when i pick the DigitalPersona it will pick up the serial number but it won't work. Any clues so I can get this to work tomorrow so I don't have to wait for tech support on Tuesday? Thanks for your help ahead of time.
