Getting a message flashing E-7 and an alarm going off, no idea what it is wondering if anyone would have an idea where I can get a manual to help me locate the problem. Thanks!

Have you checked their website? Many manufacturers with sites will have a troubleshooting area.

I did look at a few places on line and I did email some technical questions still no word back and I'm still getting the error message and my bed is still down, not a good time when it's the busy season. Any info would help. I did disc. from the T-Max timer and the bed still has the same error so it's the bed.

Did you turn the breaker "off" then back "on", to reset the bed?

I have a manual for a sunstar zx 32T My bed is a 2000, I called ETS and they sent me one. In the trouble shooting section It says Er 7 Face tanner contactor is closed when it should be open, have service tech check contactor. It does not say anything about the alarm..

I just bought a sunstar 32zx and it worked the first time fine, now when the timer goes off it clicks, and then the bed stays running and the fans never seem to shut off unless you trip the breaker?? Any ideas??
please help

Re: Looking for a manual for a Sun Star Zx32T

Tammy-E7 is a communication problem. I just had this problem fixed in one of my sunstars. All you should need is a communication chip located in the top of your bed. Contact Brian Oshman from the Sun Doctor & he can send you one. Before that, though, make sure all your lines are hooked up correctly & so on. Flipping the circuit breaker should fix the alarm sound(my starpower did that, too). If it's not in the bed, it's in the tmax. You also need to make sure that is the bed that is causing the E7. I took my bed off the daisy chain w/the tmax to make sure it was the right bed-no more E7. the first bed I disconnected, the E7 still showed up, so you need to be sure. taking the tops off & putting them back on are a pain in the arse.
