Help...switching from SunTouch to Helios

We are trying to switch over from SunTouch to Helios and are having problems with the T-Max. Our T-Max has worked fine with SunTouch, but when we try to switch to Helios, the timer server program initiates a session just fine, but the Helios will not communicate. HELP! Marcy.
