I recently installed the demo version to give helios a try. However I have had so many problems with it, I am considering looking for another program. Version 11 is what I have, windows xp pro is my system , i do have sp1 and sp2 installed. When I try to edit the inventory i get error msgs 3219 and 3704. Is this because of the sp2? Do they not yet have fix for the sp2? Everytime I go into sales invoice and adjust an item after saving it, the program closes. Or I keep getting refresh sales code, Invalid sql statement, expected delete, insert, procedure, select, update. number 2147217900.
I am getting very frustrated. I did get this CD in September, so wondering if there is someplace maybe I need to update. I am not going to the full version until I can master the demo.

Yes, it is because of SP2

Send an email to sp2@gohelios.com and Helios Tech Support will forward you an update that resolved all issue related to SP2 that have been identified.
