Rep Power: 25 | I know you said that I need to upgrade to windows xp pro to run version 11 on Helios, but can you tell me exactly the reasons why...I ran the demo with no problem at all |

Rep Power: 25 | First reason ... Helios Tech Support does not support XP Home (per your agreement). The reason for that is that XP Home lacks many features and functions that are present and desirable within XP Pro. In the simpliest utilization of Helios you may not have any problem but it creates many unknowns that are not present with XP Pro. |
