I'm sorry Andy. I was just poking fun. I do not use Helios, but I know that there are plenty of salons that do. I was out of line. Please accept the apology.

We run both of our stores on Helios 9.4 and Windows XP home. No probs at all. 9.4 is paid for and it runs flawlessly. Any small problems that have ocurred I have been able to figure out myself....why keep paying for new versions of Helios that amount to nothing more than minor improvements. Not to mention all of the problems that Helios has with their software every time a new version comes out. Plus, I dont enjoy continually paying $500 per year for something thats been paid for a long time ago. Just make sure its 9.4. Best version ever.

It's 9.4, but it seems the disc is damaged and I can't install it on my new computer which is running XP home..........

does it have visible damage? scratches? i guess you need another 9.4 disc.
Andy said to request a v11 demo disc and v9 is on it. If not maybe we can work something out...

Doesn't seem to be any major damage on it, it's been in a case for yrs. I'm not sure what Andy meant, I don't think that disc has 9.4 on it. Get back to me with the "work something out" idea. Ssssssh.
