Thanks Neon Is there a way those of use who are on 9.4 can start our own question and answer corner? I have several questions, some that may seem stupid because I am not a computer guru.

We used to have a Helios Forum. Andy did "handle" it back then. Unfortunately with the new version available it's getting "harder" to get the help you and I might need.

OK I need to pull a report that tells me who hasn't tanned with me for a year or a report of who tanned with me this same time last year. I am trying to find out those folks who are just going to tan two to three months and call them. Also a list of those members who have cancelled so they can be called as well. I can put a list of active members by sales code and get future expiration dates. Help Help.......

The only one I can think of right now is:

Reports > Management > Client Status

There you can set date ranges.

Couple of possible approaches BlueEzs007 - with Version 10 and 11 you could use the SQL Wizard in the WebReports / Backoffice function to query the client database to report clients whose last visit or last tan date was before a desired date.

You could also use the SmartMail Wizard to extract clients with the desired range of Last Visit date. With the latest update to V11 reports (to be release shortly - BETA is available) the SmartMail Detail report includes Phone numbers - thus allowing the SmartMail export to become a Call List.

Thanks Andy but have Helios 9.4.......We are trying to proate our yearly membership to the 1st and 15th EFT's. In the past we have just lost those days. We put the correct dates in but it proates 2 months. We are putting a cut off date the 25th and the 10th to give us time to set up the information with the bank. Can anyone help? Thanks
