Helios V11 and Windows XP Pro - SP2

We now have a update to Helios V11 that it is Windows XP Pro - SP2 Compliant.

Send an email to sp2@gohelios.com to request it be sent to you ... NOTE you must be on Helios V11.3.7 or greater to apply the update or you will also need to run a CURRENT COMPAREDB to apply the database restructuring applicable to V11.3.7. This will be included with the SP2 update and must be run after applying the update BEFORE using the system. ENSURE you BACKUP your system BEFORE applying this update and using the COMPAREDB utility.

There will be a general update to Helios at the end of December labeled V11.4, it will be available for download from the Helios Partners section on the Helios Website. This V11.4 update includes the SP2 Compliant changes as well.

The BETA testing of the Check Processing enhancements to the EFT module has highlighted some administrative issues related to client implementation of the module enhancements. Therefore we are going to delay further utilization of this module enhancements until we resolve these issues. The Print Check temporary workaround feature within the EFT module of Helios will continue to be available within Helios V11.4 until June 30, 2005. Ensure you download and apply V11.4 early in January 2005 for this feature to be available to you in 2005.

Attention Helios SP2 BETA Testers:

Users that were so kind to help us with the BETA testing of the Helios SP-2 Compliant update, be aware that the changes you have in V11.3.21 or greater including ALL the necessary updates related to SP2.

BUT there will be other enhancements of interest and value to you in V11.4 but not at this time SP2 related.
