Regret the initial problem, very pleased regarding your comments related to Jeremy. Jeremy has just recently been promoted within Tech Support and will also be providing service in the field onsite with clients and providing Regional Training. (info on the training page of the Helios Website - http://www.gohelios.com). When JJ saw your post he had Jeremy give you a call, glad it all worked out.

Re Notes - you need to click the Add Note button FIRST ... then enter you Employee code and the Note and Save.

Have asked Development to gray out the entry box until after Add Note is press or a Note is selected to edit.

OOOPPS --- Notes comment above relates to V11 ... I do not have V10 on my system. Please call Tech Support to discuss this regarding V10

Thank you Andy. I have version 11 and just tried it. It works! I was clicking on Add Note AFTER I wrote the comment.
