Helios recepit printer help

Hello,
I am new to the salon industry and have purchased Helios v11.3.7
I need a cash drawer and receipt printer. What do I use?

Any suggestions..

Star Printer ... Dot Matrix or Thermal ... Parallel or USB (NOT SERIAL) ... with a Cash Drawer compatible and connected to the system THRU the Star Printer.

Star Thermal Printer and Cash Drawer available from Helios ... $595.

Order from them from the Helios Website and they will pay the freight.

In comment box ... enter "Thermal Please"
In Promo box ... enter "3409"

That is awesome. What make si the cash drwaer though? Rigth now I am using go software becasue i have yet to hear back from chase an di need something that will be compatible with both..

Helios handle both MMF and APG Cash Drawers, they are very similar and both compatible with Helios.

Which you would receive would depend on the inventory that Helios have at time of your order. Both are excellent Cash Drawers compatible with the Star Receipt Printer that is also compatible with the Helios interface to CHASE Merchant.
