FYI: The package expiration date is printed on the receipt. This is important in case a customer questions your ethics and feels they have more tans coming!
Nichesoft responded to my question on a Saturday even though they are not open...That's customer service for you!

FYI - To anyone who uses this software, you cannot run credit on the books for your tanners. I have a few that buy the year with $50 down, $25 month. This software will not allow you to do this. Also, make sure you buy their tech support.

Actually that isn't true. You can do that if you set up an EFT package - $25 setup fee (or down as you mentioned) and then with $25 per month.

ok, I'll check into that. I was told you cannot do it as a "cash" feature. When filling out the EFT portion it asks for a CC or checking account number?

I believe you can do it if you set it up as a gift cert, and allow the balance to reduce...We ran into the same problem.

Thanks Sherin. That makes sense. My other options was to set up a "payment on acct" pkg with a 1 day expiration to use for the payments. I like the gift cert idea better.

We have just recently started using them...
I'm liking it! Let me know how it goes for you as we have somewhat different versions of the software.

I use Tantrack and love it!! The company was and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about every question and/or problem I confronted them with. Tanzabar, it's obvious you have a problem with the company, but if you continue with the anger and hostillity towards this company you might go to H E L L. I don't want to see you there.

Cuz while in **** ~ Tanzabar and the Customer Service staff at Nichesoft could have long talks around the fire!!!

This company - - - from what I've last heard ---- this has NOT rectified the problem they caused for this salon owner....

Joe~ have you received a refund of the $60 bucks yet?

Cuz that is the VERY least they could do at this point..... and I think legally, they have to???
