I use Tantrack and love it!! The company was and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about every question and/or problem I confronted them with. Tanzabar, it's obvious you have a problem with the company, but if you continue with the anger and hostillity towards this company you might go to H E L L. I don't want to see you there.

How do they know he's not trying to scam them to get free software at another location or selling it to a friend?

That's calling someone a thief dear ~ ~ sarcasm intended.

It's not delievered per their agreements with their customers until the customer signs for it.....

How does Joe know they didn't send an empty box???????

Ask your questions..... refrain from ever assuming that either one is a crook....

Look at the facts presented ~ and if you can still honestly say---- that if THIS happened to you ~ you would roll over and die.... then go right ahead.

Anyone ever notice that rarely people commented on how 'great' Nichesoft was until this came up?? It was just there as a Software option..Now a varied amount of posters are pumping up nichesoft online rep....hmmmm
interesting is it not? I give them credit for trying to help nichesoft repair it's bruised track reacord.

Not that it matters ---you cannot repair something they have not fixed yet...that is like keeping the hose running on a kiddie pool with a whole in it.
They need to mend teh fence with Joe and anyone else they wronged this will not be swept under the rug and forgotten....JMHO

Why don't everyone just put this thing to bed. Yes, I have to admit, I'm being lobbyed by Nichsoft to say all these good things. They are paying me $300 for every Tan Track program they sell. Call Wendy, maybe she'll do the same for you. NICHESOFT/TANTRACK ROCKS and their service is as good as it gets. It can't get any better than that!!! It's just the KID in me, I guess.

People never usually make big praising posts about good experiences. But when something is wrong then we vent. I think it's like that with most things though.

I hate it when I am right....You would sCREAM tanning "suckz!" RUNNING BUTT NAKED ON A TRADE SHOW FLOOR-- if you were paid enough... my opinion will not be bought or sold.
Well maybe---ONLY BY ACTIONS and morally correct business practices, great products, and steller customer service do I praise a company.
Companies fumble Of course Nothing or no one is perfect...
and it is how they pick them selves up and fix the problems that makes them stand apart..JMHO

So that brings us full circle Nichesoft still dropped the ball on customer service..are they gonna fix that anytime soon?
