Yeah I agree give him the dongle. Even if he is lying, I don't believe he is just trying to make a point, is it worth all of the BAD WILL for a lousy 750 bucks to a company that is definately growing and gaining market share?

I just can't believe that Nichsoft would do such a thing and then not correct the issue. With all the bad press they have gotten on these forums, why would they not rectify what would be a simple fix. Some of you are just like a "dog with a bone". You won't give it up. Tantrack rocks!!

I think Parrot Head should just send Joe a check (nope ~ make that a certified check or money order) so that he can continue to feel great about Nichesoft.

Gold is useless if the customer service just plain sucks.

I totally see their point though. It says that the package was received. How do they know he's not trying to scam them to get free software at another location or selling it to a friend?

Now, it that were me, I'd pay the $60 because I KNOW the second I do the other one will pop up out of nowhere.


Sheila, if someone came in a said they had a gift certificate but couldn't find it, would you honour that just for good customer service?

Honey ~ it was THEIR responsibility to use that $60 bucks to ensure that the product made it into the hands of the guy that purchased it.....

It was THEIR choice to use FED X .....


And THEIR choice to have shoddy customer service PRIOR to the transaction was even concluded......

Just because Fedx claims they left it on someone's stoop (and did so because Nichesoft failed to ensure all packages must have a valid signature as part of delievery....

WHERE does this become the FAULT of the customer?????

To ASSUME that Tanzabarr is a common thief - - - - in the face of all the facts given about this 'Failed Transaction' is rather nasty of you (and Nichesoft... since it appears that this is their stance on what is happening)....

If I had a child that did not fulfill a task ~ they would be CORRECTED and the TASK would be DONE.....

What Nichesoft Should Have Done was Simply to Correct the Problem as They Were not Sharp Enough to AVOID IT IN THE 1ST PLACE!!!!

If I had a client come in regarding a lost certificate.... I would look up their name in my computer ~ I would mark that CERTIFICATE as being REDEEMED based on the name and the ID the person showed me....

I've never had a client redeem a cert that I did not know - - - or know WHO bought it for them....

And Nichesoft knows this Tanzabarr - - and has his money.....

So they are infact truly the Dead Beats here in this instance imho ~ ~
