yeah we ran into that problem...... with two locations it was confusing. You have to start with 1 and then go on... like at one locatoin we have 1-5 and at the other location we have 6-10
Is yours networked??

One location...checked all of the above and still no luck. My beds are not connected to my computer so no timer. Ahhhh I know it's probably something simple that I'm missing. I even tried setting up another room and bed No Luck..

Start again...Start with the room # and go block by block. I just did it and everything worked fine.

It seems that my stand-up does not show unless the client has purchased that bed package..Because of the restrictions I have on my packages. So all along it's been there. duhh to me

I just want to add that I got my cash drawer and receipt printer today. The drawer was the wrong one (I need a canadian friendly one for our fatter money) and it's going back C.O.D and they're shipping out a new one with no problems.

I would hope that Nichesoft will rectify the problems they had/have with Tanzabar.

I have emailed them a couple times in the past month and they always get right back with me. The one thing I like with them is that they will listen to ideas that we have and try to impliment them into future updates.

Sandi, If you contact Nichesoft about your initial support dates they will adjust them. Just make sure that once you have all your components you call them and tell them you are know activating it. They should adjust your support time from that date. That is what they told me.

Wow..... Sandigirl ~ maybe since they LIKE you.... you could request a REFUND of the $60 bucks Tanzabar spent on the Dooohickey he never received?

It seems he has made this request numerous times without response.

Schiza ~ he may even take canadian ching if that's what it takes to get his money back!
