I don't get how it's not the delivery companies fault or whoever stole it from his house?

I just ordered TanTrack last week and they verified the address on the phone before sending it out.

My only issue right now is that my support started the day I purchased the software but I haven't received the cash drawer and printer yet and during that set up is when I'll need help I'm sure!

According to FedX.... Nichesoft failed to pay to ensure the package was delivered safely into the hands of the salon owner...... seems this is just a cause and effect of not handling the order in the proper manner from step one.

But ~ instead of making it right for the customer..... they chose to screw the customer.....

It's just like our business kiddies..... you can have the BEST beds in town..... provide the BEST lotions ..... but if you suck at customer service ~ you will reap the rewards of that sh*tty reputation..... all the gold in the world is useless if you screw the person that you are supposed to be supporting and using the money THEY PAID YOU to get the job done.

All because someone needs to play the 'Hard *** Texan' ~ it appears.

According to the Notice sent out by FedX to all their clients..... YES.


Had Nichesoft taken the 12.3 seconds required to update/verifiy the shipping address ~ with the salon owner who paid them $60 bucks for some dangling dongle..... It's quite possible None Of This Would Be an Issue NOW.

Nichesoft claims their 'software' they use to schedule deliveries DEFAULTS to a Signature BEING REQUIRED...... if they FEEL that FedX should have CHARGED THEM the pittance of a fee to deliver to ANYWHERE (a home or business) without an update..... then certainly ~ Nichesoft should be pursuing their Shipping Vendor ~ and not slandering their client, and screwing him over like they have on this issue.

Again...... Would you buy gold from a company if you stood the chance of horrible Customer Service????

I doubt it.

I cannot BELIEVE the LACK of pride and integrity this company has for itself and its clients as shown by this behavior!!!

Why can't I add a bed to my program???? I put all the info in, press save and still it does not show up on my main page..

If you accidentlu selected the "Out of Service" box, it won't show up on your list.

Re-verify your input.


So, we have decided that just because on one documented boo boo, the whole company is bad?

I'm looking at my screen now. You entered a room #? Gave the bed a name? Set up the timer info? Did you click the "Get info from timer? Entered bulb information? Made sure you selected the "Type" of bed? Saved all that info?

I tested the system by adding a bed and it worked for me.

Sunner,

You also want to make sure that your location number for the bed matches what your store number is set to in tools options.
