Then the best option for you would be to print all receipts to have a copy available for review. The Amount Tendered is not stored in the system.

If you are really having a problem with that, you may want to design a form in which the employee must enter the receipt of bills over $50. That form could include the clients name, employee name, date and time and the serial number (which may help in the case of counterfeit bills). But, in the end, as Andy stated, there is no way of keeping track of the cash based on what bills were rec'd when those bills may have been used to issue change from other purchases. You'll just have to keep track of what your employees are doing on your own. I don't have to be as diplomatic as Andy.
