Rep Power: 0 | We are running Helios in our office on LAN. How do I access the web reports made through back office? That may sound like a simple question, but the problem is that our system is networked and running on a DHCP server within our office. The only thing I can think of is having to use the static IP that is connected to the router and somehow breaking in through the router - which is firewalled. Any suggestions? Andy? |

Rep Power: 20 | I have helios and I don't even know what you are talking about "back office" why doesn't helios send out a newsletter or something telling you about the potential their software can do. I have never seen software be on the darkside like helios. you would think they would try and help us use the software and tell us all this technical stuff. FYI helios, I would recommend you more if you were user friendly and tried to help us out more. |

Rep Power: 0 | Hellios Backoffice is web based and it is how I look at our stores reports from home or the coportate office. Still....get Andy if you are going to attempt this..it should be easy but it was a nightmare for us . |

Rep Power: 0 | I figured it out. I had to assign our server computer an IP address that doesn't change (Static IP) andI had to forward port 80 in my router to that specific IP. To actually log on, you have to type in the WAN IP address from the router followed by the driectory you ahve your webreports setup in. |
