I've been wiring and programming my tmax timers for the past couple days now and i'm completely stumped... Room 1 and 2 are working fine. All my timers are working fine manually, i've tried them already. But once i plug it into the manager, i'm only getting room 1 and 2. i've checked all wiring and have no clue wat else i can do. I'm getting dashes frm display 3 through 8.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Some how, somewhere the message is not being send past your #2 remote timer. Careully check the timers again in the #3 room and make sure it has a good connection and is getting power. With the daisychain connections all it takes is a communication problem from one link in that chain, and all the timers after that will not respond. The dashes usually mean that the timer is not connected to the system (do to a communication/connection problem)

One other thing you may want to check into is max bed setting on manager.

If you set your manager to its program mode - turning the key and then turning on the timer, look and see what display 3 is showing. This shows your maximum beds for the timer. Chances are it is set to 2. Change accordingly and you should be off and running.

It will detect all the timers that have proper communication with the manager.

re-read this post, and is probably an original Manager with the dashes showing.

rather than hit/miss just call ADI direct and talk to either Kevin or Dan find the number at www.appdig.com
