Family Package

I am thinking about offering a family package that allows family members to share the minutes that they have purchased. Has anyone else done this in Helios (V11.3.7) if so how is it done? Can the thumbprint scanner be set up to recognize more than one authorized user?

Thumbprint only relates to ONE client per client profile.

If you wish to do this ... suggest you transfer the minutes between family members right at the time of sale ... or set up a second sales code for the family member that give the additional minutes without charging

FYI ... if you are using V11.3.7 Price Grid new feature ... there are issues with it related to Flex Start Memberships and additional Bed Intelligence related again to Price Grid ... V11.3.8 update available from Helios that resolves these issues ... Contact JJ at Helios ... jj@gohelios.com

hi andy, my world is busy right now...have a lot of different things going on. I haven't yet started using the price grid features or taken the time to learn how to set it up. I am actually considering changing from minutes to credits. Maybe you have some ideas or suggestions? Also in V11.3.8 has any of the new features that Tony talked about in Vegas beeen implemented?

The main things added in V11.3.7 (and thereby . are the EFT and Credit Card processing module and Price/Money Grid. Also some report enhancements (Non Revenue option added to Employee Averages).

Not sure what other features Tony referred to ...

I have a family pack, with my version of Helios which is 9.4, I divide the total cost of the package by the number of users and sell separately on each users screen. That way they all get the proper amount of sessions and you can properly and possibly legally track your clients tanning history.

I would not let them share. You can't share a gym membership.

So Neon do they have to decide ahead of time how many sessions each person is going to get???

With the package I have (for 4 people), it is set up that they each get 8 bed sessions.

We just give 10 % off any package for families. They seem pretty happy with this and there's no sharing.
