Rep Power: 24 | Question...I have TanTrack 2.4.6 and have just begun to use it. When I pull reports and print them, it combines the first and second column together, date and customer. So I can't read who was in. I've check my printer and haven't seen anywhere to adjust print options in the software program. Any suggestions? Also, I see there is a coupon feature, but I do not have that available to me. My help tells me how to find it, but I just dont have it. Does anyone else? Thank you in advance. |

Rep Power: 24 | I called them and emailed them. They did responsed by email and since I don't have tech support they will not help me without paying the $250 for the yearly support. They did let me know that the coupon feature is for the beauty track not tan track, but it shows in the tan track. Also, concerning the report printing, according to them, it is a problem with my printer and I need to update my drivers, I have the current drivers and other reports print fine, just not the custermers by date report, so it must be their program. Anyway, no help without the $$$$. |

Rep Power: 20 | TanTrack support here. Generally the problem you are describing is caused by out of date printer drivers. On occasion it can be an actual report file. We use Crystal Reports to generate the report image that is sent to your printer. Those report images generated by crystal are formatted from the specifications that your printer driver reports to windows. So what may work fine on 99% of other printers may in fact not work exactly the same on your printer. The report will display of course but you may experience weird symptoms such as overlapping. This is a rare problem as almost all printer drivers work fine with Crystal Reports. First check your drivers to make sure they are the latest available. If that does not fix the overlapping issue, check with our support department and we can provide you with the latest updates that were available prior to your support expiration at no charge.
