new sunvision bed and 3a problem

We just received 2 new sunvision 28le beds and two 3a timers. i am using the timers as stand alone timers, one for each bed. I have followed every instruction in the book too a tee and cannot get the timers to turn on the beds. I have the timers addressed to "0" and the beds set to 1, and when the delay runs out, the timers will click but the beds won't turn on, the beds will turn on without the timers. and the remote bypass plugged in, i can not figurer this out for the life of me???
any help will be greatly appreciated

When you address the 3a's they cannot be connected to the bed. address both then connect them
