Rep Power: 0 | just bought a salon and renovated the place. the old owner did not have a tech support plan with helios. The computer works ok and the beds and t-max are fine but the helios keeps telling me that there is a date problem and to call tech support. Do ireally have to? also it was putting me into demo mode! can someone please help. |

Rep Power: 25 | You will need to re-enroll in Software Maintenance to receive assistance from Helios. Since you are a new owner of the salon they may assess you differently regarding Back Months what would be due, be prepared to provide a copy of the Bill of Sale transferring the business from the old owner to yourself. I strongly recommend all Helios users maintain their SMA in good standing ... many complain about 39.99 per month ... honestly I believe the margin on one bottle of Premium lotion is an modest price to pay for the use and support on the software that helps you run and manage your business. |
