I need to be able to set my room timers with my TMax Manager Plus. When I go to put in my usual security #'s it now says TALK TO ROOM 3. I dont have an intercom system. I am also connected to Suntouch. No matter what # you as the security number it says TALK TO ROOM. We called tech support and was given a 5 digit number to put in and went through all of that. Still doesnt work. I called back and the gal told me there was junk in the lines?? Ok. I then disconnected the timer like I had already done. It still doesnt work. I dont know what to do now??

Sorry, I meant "No matter what # you use as the security number it says TALK TO ROOM.

She also said we may have to change the communication chip.
We had already changed it.

mmerci1 ... I have moderated your post because you posted info that many Salon Owners would view as confidential ... if you edit your post removing the security code I will unmoderate it.

Thanks Sun2go. But, I have called them twice and they have not helped one bit. They are as bad as my software company.

The tech support from TMax / ADI is second to none in this industry. I would suggest your best bet here is to continue to look to them for support.

who have you talked to? Kevin and Dan are the best in the biz, and usually get it fixed in minutes.

Thanks everyone! But, as usual, my hubby finally got it working last night. Sun2go, it was a lady that was working with us. She was absolutely no help whatsoever. I will remember to ask for Kevin or Dan next time. Thanks!

I have always talked to Kevin and have had wonderful assistance. Never talked to anyone else but I have not had very many problems either.
