Rep Power: 0 lipstick is on a distinguished road
This is my first question, so please excuse any errors. We have 2 new helios fingerprint identifers and they cannot read the fingerprints in 25% or more of my customers. They search and say fingerprint not found.
At other times they do not even search for fingerprints, it says nothing and does nothing. Do others have this problem or any suggestions?
Thanks

I know Helios have a new driver for the New Fingerprint device ... but I understand that it mainly addresses the issue of being over sensitive ... reading before anyone touches the device.

Could be that it addresses more than that ... give Tech Support a call, they will email you the update ... just close Helios ... apply the update for the new driver and then reopen Helios.

Hope this helps ...
