I just want to run a report that will tell me all the people that are not tanning right now. I would like it with their address. Can anyone tell me?

Hey I think I figured it out on my own, but maybe someone could tell me if this is the easiest way. You go through smartmail and just put in the membership and dates. I extracted them. Is this the correct way?

Thanks if anyone answers.

Right you are ... way to go.

You can then either print labels or print the Smart Mail Report in Management reports

FYI ... I have suggested to Helios that the Home Phone be incorporated in the extract file and the Smart Mail report ... thus allowing the extract to create a Call List.

Here is another possibility ... and it includes the Phone Number for a Call List.

Using the Back Office / Web Reports module (if you are using V11, Tech Support can help you install and configurate the operation of the Back Office module ... IT IS POWERFUL) go to the SQL Wizard under Maintenance. Select Database = Clients and Table = Client_Profile ... then paste the following text into the box above the Submit Button ... and submit.

System will open another window and display all clients where the last vist is during 2003 ... meaning the client visited in 2003 but has not in 2004 ... my definition for this example of Inactive Clients ... you can change the dates to meet your needs.

________________________________________ ________________________________________ __

SELECT First_Name, Last_Name, Address, City, Zip, HPhoneAc, HPhone, Last_Visit
FROM Client_Profile

WHERE Last_Visit > #01/01/2003# and Last_Visit
ORDER BY Last_Visit

This is a VERY powerful custom reporting tool ... there are other commands besides SELECT ... CAUTION ... only use other commands if you know what you are doing. Select is safe it will just display information.
