Rep Power: 25 | FYI .... if you were to Require ClockIn on the Employee File, Hiring Info Tab ... the employee would not be able to process a POS transaction until they ClockIn. You also would then have the ability to enter the Client # for the Employee in the General Tab of the Employee File and this would allow the system to prohibit tanning of an employee while on the Clock ... stop an employee for tanning a friend under their client profile as well. Now the later can create an interesting paradox ... Must be clocked in to process POS transaction (including Employee Tan) ... Can Not Tan while Clocked in ... if a lone employee opens and/or closes and they Tan before or after shift ... CAN NOT GET THERE FROM HERE ... create a "dummy" employee (ie 999 ... Open/Close Employee Tan) that should then ONLY be used for those potential two tans per day. Hope this helps .... _________________ Andy Thompson Authorized HELIOS Independent Consultant Office: 877-777-6717 CELL: 317-529-0041 andy@myatso.com[ This Message was edited by: Andy @ MyATSO.ca on 2004-07-21 22:54 ] |

Rep Power: 0 | i had tried the first post, but that gets rid of the day that you are changing from, ex: if i click on 7/20/04 and change the date and save then it will get rid of the 7/20/04 date and keep the new one in its place, also when my wife is there she will not clock in and out but she wants to keep track of her time there with the time clock and she can add it all at the end of the week, any ideas, thanks again for your prompt response as well, your the best |

Rep Power: 25 | By "Just Clock her in as normal" ... I mean you need to create an ADDITIONAL clock in record NOW ... that you will then edit back to the prior day. Same thing with your wife ... just create as many Clock In records as she needs to edit to the appropriate days. Clockin and out 3 times to create three records that you can then edit both Date and Time of the Clockin and Clockout ... simplier for your wife to actually Clockin as she arrrives and Clockout as she departs |
