Helios 11, Font issue with Reports

I have Helios v11 and i just got it installed and running smoothly, except for the running of dailey sales reports, or all reports for that fact, the font it previews them is is not Times Roman or even Arial, it is some fancy font and it doesnt list the numbers for the day, just XXXXXXX's when i print it, it prints fine and looks normal in Times Roman Font, Help!! i dont want to be killing trees to view my reports many times dailey. anybody have any ideas? Andy, thanks for your help b4 and you probably have an easy answer for me, so thanks in advance!

DaveD ... this happens when your Default Printer in Windows is (likely) set to your Generic Text Only (Receipt) printer. It prints properly because you have selected the appropriate printer inside of Helios. The Crystal Viewer used to preview the report uses the Default Printer for within Windows thus the xxxxxx display ... it is using the Generic Text Only driver for the Preview window.

Go to Printers and Fax in Windows ... you should see that the Generic Text Only is marked as default printer ... Right click on your Report Printer and select it as Default ... you may have to close and open Helios (as least the Report Module) before the change with take effect.
