Is it possible to use a backup of v9 to import it into v11, i already sent back the crypto box that went on the serial port and got the USB one now, i was going to load 9 on and then update the info but then i realized that i might need the crypto box to do so, does anybody know?

YOu would have to do the conversion over again ... you can not import into V11 but you can convert to it.

You do not need the Crypto Box to install Helios9, restore your backup (password would be demo until your data is on the system, and then convert to V11 ... Crypto box would be required update info via transactions.

FAR BETTER to refer to other thread and get your current V11 data onto the new system.

Tech Suppport will help you thru this process as well.
