I used to be able to monitor the Lotion sold per Person Average (LPPA) in Helios 9.4 by using the daily sales over a time period. The number of tanners and lotion product sold was available for each receptionist. Version 10 eliminated the daily sales over a time period. To get the LPPA in v 10 I am going to Reports, Sales Commission Report and printing out results over a specified time period (i.e., one month) for each receptionist. I add Single tans and Tan on Package totals (to get what used to be total tanning sessions in v9.4) then add up all the lotion sales in dollar amounts and then divide that by the number of tanning sessions. Is there an easier way?
If I upgrade to v11, will there be an easier way?

dept/division report in v10 does the same thing

you also have employee averages report, but this one includes in-house charges/payments. not a good thing. v11 well worth changing over to, repairs a number of ifs in 10 and adds a lot more. newest version from vegas should be available in the next week or so. talk to tech support after the holidays

I guess I wasn't sharp enough to pick up on the Dept/Div. report by individual receptionist. That will save a lot of calculations. I am planning on upgrading to v11 next week.
Thank you sun2go. Figuring out LPPA's will take much less time now.
