I have just recently installed Helios 11 and
when I go to add a client into the wait list/wait status.
A pop-up screen appears with the message.

Invalid procedure call or arguement
Number:5

Is there something I am doing wrong?

Give Helios Tech support a call .... they should be able to resolve the issue for you.

Most likely they will get you to install the COMPAREDB utility off the CD and run it comparing (and adjusting if necessary) the Database structure against copies of the appropriate Master databases based on the version of V11 that you have installed.

Also ... check the following thread for a little more info on running the COMPAREDB utility if you wish ... but strongly recommend you get guidance from Tech Support

AND BACKUP your data before doing this.

.... honestly I wonder if this will resolve a Invalid call error ... but it is a logical first step ... if Tech support agree
