TMAX MANAGER PRO ILLITERATE!!

OK I Am sdesperate for some advice as i tries to do the pro setup bu t doesnt work .heres what i did:

I followed all directions going to each room pressing start at the 99 prompts and then the bed would flash either 01, for room 1, 02, bed 2, beep and when I get to 3 there is not a 99 on bed. There is one on bed 4 which is a standup(have only one)which has a tmax 3 a on wall for that one . the other 3 beds are gardasun beds by ultra sun and have timers on bed with cable s going right into beds. My electrician connected them daisy chained but the pro is not communicating to bed #3.. Can I start all over again with everything and can u offer easy setup as this manual is so confusing!!! manager is reading beds 11,2 & 4 are ready but when i try to set a time, it beeps at me and does nothing.. HELP!!
