Rep Power: 23 | for you personally as a tanning client, or all client's histories ??? for yourself, just go delete your client # complete and be done with it. for other clients, leave it alone, that is a legal history of their tanning experience at the salon. |

Rep Power: 25 | Here is an option to consider .... Copy your Data Directory to an Archive Data Directory and you can use MultiUser Setup to point Helios to that copy of your data if and when you need it ... or put that Archive copy of your Data on another system. Then use Archive to remove history transactions between two date ... you may wish to keep at least one year of history on your system. An aside ... 9.3 ??? ... interesting ... 9.2.5 yes, 9.4 yes, 9.4.5 yes ... 9.3 - was not aware of this version. |

Rep Power: 0 | So I would go to archive choose dates from and to, and it would clear transactions that do not contain outstanding packages and wipe out prying eyes of the new owner? I don't want the new owner to be claiming any claims of past income to future income under his management or for that matter anything else he could do with my past financial data. |

Rep Power: 23 | hate to tell you, but that is why new owner is paying you in the first place. duh? it's about past performance. that makes it worthwhile to him. what he does with it after don't matter to you, check's cashed. |

Rep Power: 0 | will that leave customers that have packages intact. I need to leave all the customers packages intact but just kill the sales history so no report totals can be reported. I will play with a backup copy not the original however I would like to clear the entire history. Also for the other guy this is an assett sale not a business sale and my numbers are not one of the listed assetts. I really didnt think there was anything in this question that i would get b**ched out for but I guess anything is fair game here. |
