Something that concerns me is that ergoline is retaining their service software that displays the settings and modifys settings that cannot be modified on the display in house. Where this concerns me is that when the models change and you call them 2 years from now this could be made unavailable. This hooks up to a laptop through the serial port directly to the main control board. This sounds like planned obsolesence.
