helios 9.4

Is there anyone who can help me set 9.4 up
properly,as the book and user manual is not the greatest, need help on yearly package codes and prorated set up.

Were are you located ... I am about to make the drive from Springfield MO to Seattle WA over the next few days. ... doing a training in Seattle on the 12th / 13th and in Vegas on the 22nd
