Rep Power: 24 | First of all let me say it sure is good to see the master back... Thanks Andy for bailing us out. My question is this.. we only allow customers to tan once a day but now we have a spray unit and will allow them to tan in a lay down then get sprayed.. On the spray code I do not have the "tan once a day" block checked but it still will not let me tan more than once on that code.... I am getting the error " this person must wait until........" what am I doing wrong..... I don't want to restrict the client from tanning UV if they also tan UV free ... thanks in advance tommy |

Rep Power: 25 | This will relate to your Equipment Settings ... Hours Between Use field. Prior to Version 10 ... there was no ability to identify a UVFree unit for a regular bed. In Version 10 and Version 11 ... that ability is just below the Delay Time field and will exempt that piece of equipment of the Hours Between Use rule related to other regular equipment. For those still using V9 ... you have to set your Hours Between Use on ALL beds to ZERO to accommodate UV Free equipment. Tommy, it is the Hours Between Use on the other equipment that is the source of the message regardless of the Tan Once a Day setting within Sales Codes (fyi ... Tan Once a Day has been expanded to Once a Day, or Week, Or Month, or Year in V11) |
