Anyone know how to run reports in Helios...my system keeps telling me I have the wrong username and password.

Your user name and password must be exactly the same as you set them up in the password file.

I tried that it is still not working and every time I call Helios support they tell me they will call me back!

Create a new employee with a very simple name such as "me" and a simple password and see if you can get it to work that way.

It is your entire name that is is the password file not the employee/cashier code, is that what you have been trying????

Are you using your employee name or the initials for your user name? Initials work in v 10.

Look in the Password File for the Employee Name associated to the Password you are trying to use for Reports .... has to be exact ... extra spaces, misspellings and all.

You can not change an employee name in the password file ... if it is incorrect ... you will have to delete the password record and recreate it.
