Rep Power: 21 | Andy, help! We use Helios v.9 (currently updating to 10), and need help setting up a code for a Level Three Mystic Tan. Ideally, we would be able to use a seperate code to set a Level 2 or a Level 3 session. We are able to set up a different code to SELL the Level Three sessions, but not to figure out how many Level 2 or Level 3 sessions are left. (Level 2 takes 12 mins, Level 3 takes 13 minutes. If they don't have any Level 3 sessions, then they should be charged $5.00) I would imagine it to be set up to where they could choose to either use their Level 3 sessions (set the Bed for 13 Minutes - no charge), or to upgrade their Level 2 sessions (set the bed for 13 minutes, only take 12 and charge $5). As it is right now, it charges EVERYONE $5 for Level 3, and if they have the Level 3 sessions, then we just have to look it up to make sure that they did in fact purchase Level 3, and then discount it. Is this possible? Am I making sense, or am I confusing myself? HELP!! Thank you SO much! -alarris |

Rep Power: 25 | First let me say ... I would suggest just preselling packages of base Mystic Session ... let the Level 3 upgrade always be an upgrade. Utilizing two separate accumulators for Mystic Session L1,L2 and a separate one for L3 ... is going to be complicated and prone for error. Since we are just talking about an upgrade impact ... the standard Value function is not going to work for you ... you will need separate sales codes to handle each possible situation ... if will become confusing for your staff and customers just like it is already for you. One Accumulator ... as many sales codes as you wish selling Basic Mystic Sessions into the accumulator ... three Use codes ... L1 L2 and L3 (this one charging the $5.00 upgrade. Alternatively ... two accumulators ... as many sales codes selling into as you wish ... the three codes above if the bought base sessions and a separate sales code to use the L3 sessions ... and your staff will need to keep them straight. |
