Is V11 better?

Aside from the point that Helios has enough of my money already, I need to decide if I want to upgrade to V11. I'm on V9 right now. Since V9 isn't supported any longer, I should logically drop my service agreement or upgrade to the curent version.

I contacted Helios for a list of what's new and it doesn't seem like I'm missing out on anything too spectacular.

What are your true impressions of how this version affects your efficiency on a day to day basis. Thanks!
