The last employee’s initials show up in the CSR field of the POS even if they have clocked out. Not a problem if the next employee remembers to put theirs in, but if the forget the sale is tracked by the old employee. Also we track the performer of our Massages and the performers initials will show up on every sales code in the PFR field... I don’t need the performer on every item I ring up I just want to track the massage therapist. Help. Using v11

On the last issue first ... only turn on Tracking of Performer on the Operations tab on Sales Codes you wish to Track the Performer ... Massage service NOT Tanning.
I have requested a Password associated to a Cashier Code and the ability to "Logoff" the Cashier ... not high priorities compared to some of the other things Helios is working on ... but requested. |

I have the tracking of performer only in massage but still shows up when ever anything is sold. I cant tab into the performer field in any sales code but massage but the last initials put in for massage will show up anyway. |

The performer code ALSO. but not until you hit enter...

That same thing was happening to me. I called Helios and they had me do some kind of "repair" to the data. I think it has something to do with the updating of the data from the prior version. Hope this is helpful
