I need help creating a new sales code. We would like to create a package that is valid for 10 days and allows the client to tan in 4 different units one time. Does anyone have a code like this? I want to prevent employees from giving a client all visits in our upgrade equipment.

An approaches come to mind, but first a caution ....
First using the 10 days expiry will get you in trouble ... if you expire all of your packages the 10 day expiry on this special will OVERWRITE the expiry on the other packages you have sold them ... trouble ... if you do not have expiry on on other packages the expiry of the special will remain and cause a new sale to expiry immediately or within the 10 day timeframe. Now the approach ... a sales code that puts "1" into each of the 4 Accumulators you which to provide in the special. |

The 6 "buckets" on the Client Profile (they display when a client has a value into any one ... use Master Edit to see them otherwise ... Crtl M and the appropriate password ... demo until you set your own) ... into which you program you program Sales Code to add value on a sale and use a value on a tan ... they are called Accumulators.
No Helios does not track each package separately ... it tracks the values in accumulators. |

So if I create separate accumulators for this package, for each piece of equipment I should be OK then? I added new accumulators called booth, super, and facial. I don't care how many times they go into our standard bed, but I want to limit them to 1 visit in each of the upgrades.

Yes ... but you are heading for a problem ... there are ONLY six accumulators in Helios.
Based on what you have described the following would be your accumulators ... 1. Base Beds Sessions 2. Booth Sessions 3. Super Sessions 4. Facial Sessions 5. Special Booth Sessions 6. Special Super Sessions 7. Special Facial Sessions The problem here is that there is NO 7th ACCUMULATOR ... and if I am following you it is not that you want to limit them to 1 visit in each of the upgrades, but rather that you want those special visits to expire within 10 days. |

sbtan ... there are a couple more approach that may be worth considering ... if you wish further consultation on this issue from myself. My cell is below, charges will apply ... I am an Independent Consultant, I do not work for Helios.
Alternatively, you may wish to discuss your requirements with Helios Tech Support. |
