i have yet to receive version 11. is it available?

I recieved mine last week some cool stuff, took a little time to get used to the new look.

I received mine, now if I could get someone to walk me through how to use it...I am no guru when it comes to computers and getting someone during the hours I need them is killing me.
We have all clients in the database, we just need to know how to get the beds to run with it, I know to link them but dont know how to get the customer in the bed with the program....grrrrr

Andy, was able to get the beds running with the program...
NOW, I was under the impression that this program would line up my clients for the next bed coming available while waiting...and it won't do that...can this be fixed or I did I get the wrong impression.

Explore the Wait List function with the F4-Bed Status area ... you may wish to use it or not, depending on whether you feel it will save time
