Helios and Manager can\'t find beds

Yes I uploaded Helios 11 and it found the Tmax manager, but neither the manager or helios locate the beds. they are tmax 1a's. this is the only thing holding us back from opening.

So did you address your 1A's? If so, did you set the maximum room number parameter on the manager? Did you try a test cable to one or more of the 1A's? Did you plug your 1A's in before turning your manager on? Where did you get your 1A's, are you sure they're good?

BTW, Helios doesn't communicate with the 1A's, just the Manager does.

well now we have the first room on the manager but it stops there. max room number is set to 10 and tmax1a in that room is now set to two and room three to three but reads only the first room

Tanfixer sounds like the expert. You know if you have just 1 bed in that chain thats no hooked up right or one wire thats not conneted right the whole system might not work. Try another room and see what happens.

i just wanted to thank everyone for the quick replies i've gotten all the beds running ... cept for my superbed we're having a problem with it not sure whats going on.
