Rep Power: 0  | Hey there: We're having trouble working the Waiting List. How do we use it??? The salon I support with IT services has an older version (8.0 I think) running on W98. Once inside the Waiting list we see beds and customers in them, but don't know how to interface with it. John |

Rep Power: 25 | I have not see V8 for over 3 years ... time for you client to upgrade to current version. You are likely only seeing the F4-Status screen based on your description ... you need to move one step deeper .... but I can not remember after 3 years what key or function key takes you there. Once in the Wait list ... you can ADD the client that was displaying when you entered the wait list from the Client Profile ... you can then SELECT a client in the future to process which removes same from the Wait List ... this describes the current operation ... it may have been the same in V8 All the best ... |
