HELIOS training GOES ON THE ROAD

Andy Thompson, an Authorized HELIOS Independent Trainer and Consultant will be conducting Group Training on Helios V11 on every Saturday between January 3rd and April 10th, 2004 in the following locations ... seating limited to 15 attendees per location.

January 3rd ..... Pittsburg, PA
January 10th ... Boston, MA
January 17th ... Ridgefield, NJ
January 24th ... Richmond, VA
January 31st ... Atlanta, GA
February 7th ... Memphis, TN
February 14th .. New Orleans, LA
February 21st .. Dallas, TX
February 28th .. Albuquerque, NM
March 6th ....... Phoenix, AZ
March 13th ..... Los Angeles, CA
March 20th ..... San Francisco, CA
March 27th ..... Las Vegas, NV
April 3rd ......... Denver, CO
April 10th ........ Detroit, MI

The training will begin at 9am sharp and continue thru until 5pm. The agenda and topics to be covered are as follows:

9:00 am ... Installation and customizing HELIOS V11 setup (and conversion from V9/10)
9:30 am ... Setting HELIOS System Files … Employees and Passwords
10:30 am .. Defining HELIOS Settings … System, Equipments and other defaults
Noon ........ Lunch Break
1:00 pm ... Sales Codes … Worth the price of admission … Learn from the Master
3:00 pm ... Reporting, Web Reporting and HELIOS Back Office Modules
4:00 pm ... Planning for conversion and/or streamlining your system and WAN
5:00 pm ... Q & A … Andy will be the last one out of the room.

This training addresses the needs of an Owner and/or Senior Manager. At the end of the day, you will be on your way to setting up and/or streamlining HELIOS to best serve the needs of your business. You will be equipped to return to your salon and provide the necessary training to your Front Counter Sales. The best way too learn is too teach.

Andy has over 6 years of experience working with HELIOS and has assisted well over 500 locations setup or stream-line their use of the HELIOS Salon Management Software. You may have used some of his assistance or advice from this Internet Discussion Forum and here is your chance to learn first hand from one of the most experienced and respected HELIOS Independent Consultants.

How did you come to this schedule; the states that have the most tanning salon do not seem to be represented.

Pre-Scheduled committments with reference to conversions and salon setups during January and February.

Pre-Scheduled vacation in Arizona the first half of March ... was flighting, now RVing.

Locations that are less convenient for Users to attend the Indy Training.

This is the first such RoadTrip, most likely not the last. Input and suggestions for future trips welcome.

i would've gone to your LA seminar, but not for $99 maybe if i weren;t paying the monthly service fees, but now even with the increase in that... ugh Helios!
